- For this scholarship, you must submit an original Asian-inspired recipe that incorporates some Asian elements, such as an ingredient, flavor profile, cooking technique, etc. You must use at least one Lee Kum Kee product. Please upload your recipe in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format. We strongly suggest that you review the "Tips for Writing a Recipe" found under the $hef Scholarships tab on the Student Financial Services portal page before submitting your recipe.
