When LCS was established in 2001, Joe Lepore’s objective was to make his company the leading authority in the service industry in the Hudson Valley. Starting out with one broom, a van and a handful of employees providing facility maintenance, Joe put customer service at the heart of his business. Over time the business grew beyond facility maintenance and began to offer full cycle facility care including commercial cleaning, landscaping and food service. The care and individualized attention Joe and his team provided to their customers developed into strong partnerships. Today with over four hundred employees, and business in multiple states across the United States, the reputation of LCS shows in just how much it has grown.

Joe Lepore is a true entrepreneur and embraced the opportunities that came as clients relied more and more on LCS to service other areas in their business. Joe and his team would create solutions for their customers unmet needs. As a result, the LCS brand of customer service expanded to include landscaping and food service. Today, the company services clients in many capacities, from commercial cleaning, maintenance and floor care to providing kitchen support and organization to maintaining facility grounds and landscaping, LCS is a full service company, providing solutions to their customer’s needs. Joe, his son Daniel and their team of Directors lead the LCS Executive team. The team strategizes and determines the best way to service their customers by creating an experienced and skilled team to execute the job. The team develops a service program custom tailored for the client which ensures needs are met timely, efficiently and with excellent results. Our highly skilled staff is trained through LCS University, an in-house training center which walks new employees through various training modules and testing, prior to working so every customer receives the best experience possible. It’s just one of the many reasons LCS is the authority in customer service for the service industry. LCS core values are the cornerstone of the company and are instilled in each of its employees from the beginning of their employment, creating a happy and positive work environment for all.
