The ONTHEMARC Young Caterer’s Scholarship has been established to expose rising chefs to the exciting, often underrepresented world of high-end, off-premise catering.

As a proud alum of the Hyde Park campus, Marc Weber (CIA ’05) is thrilled to provide support to students that demonstrate financial need, academic merit and interest in the catering industry with the hope of showcasing how high risk yet high reward it can be.

Unlike the typical ‘caterer’ stereotype, OTM breaks the mold by preparing and cooking everything on-site. A lot like a roving or ‘pop-up’ restaurant, OTM brings the entire staff, builds a kitchen each time, and, of course, brings the F&B.

Founded by Marc in 2006, OTM is a contemporary, full-service caterer with extensive experience in off-site catered events and venue management.
