We control our entire supply chain from ranch to table and take great pride in the quality of products we produce. This year marks our third year as a Snake River Farms Gift in Kind partner with the Culinary Institute of America with some exciting news to share. #theSRFexperience Scholarship program will begin this year with five $2,000 awards available to students across all CIA campuses. The Culinary Institute of America is known as the world’s premier culinary college and has many reputable alumni shaking up the food industry, and we want to be a part of this story. With our Gift in Kind partnership and newly formed scholarship, our hope is to reach the next generation of culinary talent and instill a passion for quality American Wagyu beef products while providing educational materials about beef production. Our mission is to further connect chef to product, encouraging creativity and out of the box thinking for ‘nose to tail’ style cooking, carcass utilization, and an appreciation for the work that goes into the exquisite cuts of beef that reach the table.
