Vincent Fatigati '80 Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Vincent Fatigati ’80 (1960-1993)
Vincent Fatigati ‘80 was a Chef-Instructor at The Culinary Institute of America from 1988-1992. He earned the title of Master Chef in 1991 by successfully completing a 10-day certification sponsored by the American Culinary Federation, and received the highest grade among the other 14 candidates who participated. Soon after, he became the Executive Chef at the Commerce Club in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, he received many culinary awards over the years. However, his legacy at the Institute clearly goes beyond his certifications and medals. Vincent’s family, his wife Suzanne, and his brother, former Institute associate Chef-Instructor Greg Fatigati ’77, established the Vincent Fatigati Memorial Scholarship in his memory.
