B & G Foods Culinary Leaders of Tomorrow

Hyde Park students may apply if they match the following criteria:

• Accepted for the Spring 2024 semester or currently enrolled Freshman in a Bachelor’s program.
• Must be from a minority race or under-represented group,
• Focusing studies on Culinary or Baking and Pastry programs,
• Maintain a CIA GPA of 2.75 or higher,
• Filed the FAFSA to demonstrate financial need.

This scholarship is renewable each year for up to four years if the recipient continues to match the GPA requirement and file a FAFSA.

Scholarship recipients may have an opportunity to participate in a mentorship program and additional educational experiences with B&G Foods, dependent on mutual interest. In establishing this scholarship, the CIA firmly believes diversity in race or ethnicity is considered absolutely necessary to align with the CIA’s guiding principle of respect for diversity. This scholarship is also subject to periodic review to ensure race is not considered more or longer than necessary to achieve the important goal of increasing diversity at the CIA.
