The Colin Dewey Scholarship

Students meeting the following requirements are encouraged to apply:

• Class Level: Incoming, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior
• Campus: Any campus
• Program: Any undergraduate program
• Minimum GPA: 2.50
• Financial Need: Financial need not needed
• Additional Note: International students may apply

Chef Colin Dewey, a beloved and talented chef originally from Southbury, Connecticut, passed away from a tragic accident in 2020. In honor and memory of Chef Dewey, a scholarship has been established in his name at The Culinary Institute of America, to encourage the development of talent in the industry in which Chef Dewey excelled.
