Students meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply:
- Class Level: Second-semester Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
- Campus: Any campus
- Program: Culinary Arts
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
- Financial Need: Must have financail need as determined by the FAFSA.
- Preference: Have an immediate family member who is an employee or member of the Club Management Association of America, with preference given to members of the New York City club (CMCNY)

- Please let us know who in your immediate family is employeed by or a member of the Club Management Association of America. Provide the persons name, relationship to you, and the club he or she is associated with. Having a family member associated with the club is a requirement to receive the scholarship.
- In an essay of 250 to 350 words, please tell us who or what was the biggest influence on your decision to attend The Culinary Institute of America and pursue a career in the foodservice industry?
- Would you describe your primary focus of study at the CIA culinary or baking and pastry?
