Hyde Park students who meet the following criteria may apply:

• Have a passion for seafood.
• Taking on-campus classes during Fall semester.
• Any undergraduate Culinary Arts or Baking and Pastry program
• Incoming, Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
• 2.5+ GPA
• Have financial need as determined by the FAFSA
