Michael Cerullo Memorial Veterans Endowed Scholarship

The Michael Cerullo Memorial Veteran Scholarship shall be awarded to a full-time CIA student in good academic standing who is a “war orphans”.
(“War orphan” is currently addressed by the US Department of Veterans Affairs in “Chapter 35 -Survivors Education & Assistance Benefits”, and can be interpreted as a student who has lost a parent due to the parent’s service in the US armed services.)"
