Earn and Learn: The CIA's Tuition Offset Scholarship

FOR SPRING 2026 Earn and Learn: The CIA Tuition Offset Program – TERM: JAN TO APR 2026

Students who participate in the $HEF Earn and Learn Tuition Offset Program will have the opportunity to receive an offset toward their CIA tuition up to the lesser of $2,625 or the amount of their tuition fees outstanding on your student account after all traditional financial aid has been applied. Offsets will be determined and awarded at the start of the semester based on the agreed upon time expectations of the role you are selected for.

Conditions for Eligibility
To be eligible for the CIA Earn and Learn Tuition Offset Program, you must:

  • be *enrolled *full-time in a qualifying degree program at one of CIA’s domestic campuses.
  • be *enrolled *full-time: as a new or returning student in the Associates Program; returning student (3rd semester or beyond) in the Bachelor’s Program; or as a new or returning international student.
  • maintain satisfactory academic progress as described in the Academic Catalog (individual positions may require a higher GPA).
  • not have loans, grants, scholarships, and federal work study that exceed your cost of attendance.
  • be eligible to receive CIA institutional aid.
  • not be a student with an employee or employee’s dependent tuition waiver.

After you submit the scholarship application, the Office of Student Work & Service Programs will review your eligibility (may take up to 2 business days or longer). If you are eligible for the scholarship, you will receive an email confirmation and link to the posting board to apply to open opportunities. *
