Enrico Monti Endowed Scholarship

The Enrico Monti Endowed Scholarship is for students who have a passion for Italian cuisine and culture. Perhaps you are of Italian heritage or have experienced Italian hospitality from others. Maybe you are planning on having an Italian restaurant or working in one. Do you like northern or southern Italian cuisine? What do you love about Italian cuisine? What do you love about Italian culture?

Students who meet the following criteria may apply:

• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
• 3.0+ GPA
• Any bachelor’s program
• Hyde Park campus
• Filed the FAFSA to demonstrate financial need.

Preference will be given to those who have selected or would like to add the Italian concentration to their program or travel on the Italian Cuisines and Cultures trip. Also, there is a preference for students from either Southwest Florida or Vermont, but students from around the country should feel free to apply.
