Hyde Park students who meet the following criteria may apply:

  • Have successfully completed the Seafood Identification and Fabrication class,
  • Any Bachelor’s program with Culinary Arts
  • Have completed freshman year
  • 3+ GPA
  • Financial need as determined by the FAFSA

This award will be given in the candidate’s sophomore year or first semester of junior year only._
