San Antonio and Greystone students who meet the following criteria may apply:
- Enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in the Summer 2023 semester,
- Have a CIA or high school GPA of 2.5 or higher,
- Filed the FAFSA to demonstrate financial need.
Preference will be given to students from Italy or those with a strong passion for Italian cuisine and culture. If you have any connection to Bari, Italy, please mention it in your essay.
